The Port of Antwerp wanted to focus on innovation and was looking for the optimization and automation of administrative tasks. In order to show the added value of RPA technology in a fast and secure way, together with the client, we have selected 3 processes that served as a proof of concept.


In the first step, we did a process identification workshop in order to identify three candidate processes. Next, these processes were automated in a PoC in short amount of time to prove the value of RPA. These automated processes provide a strong base for further process identifications and organizational awareness around the RPA technology.

  • 3 fully automated processes (POC’s)

  • A strong foundation for the identification of extra processes.
